Food Safety is our top priority. We control, monitor, and record all aspects of our processes to ensure that our products are safe and meet all of our quality standards. We rigorously and meticulously adhere to our food safety and HACCP programs in compliance with USDA regulations. Moreover, we independently test our product samples regularly for food safety and quality.

Personal
Hygiene

To ensure employee and product safety, we enforce our dress code at all times. Before entering our facility, all team members must ensure the cleanliness of aprons, hardhats, hairnets, gloves, and clean boots. 

Cross-
Contamination

From carcass to our cuts we’re very mindful about cross contamination. We sterilize and sanitize our knives at each station to reduce the risk of cross-contamination.

USDA/FSIS
Inspected

Our facilities are federally-inspected and our inspectors are on-site at all times during our normal production activities.

HACCP
Certified

We maintain a rigorous and strict HACCP program. From sanitation to animal handling to production, we hold ourselves accountable to this high standard. 

SOP/SSOP
Sanitation

All of our equipment is sanitized before and after production ensuring we produce clean and safe products. Daily log is recorded to ensuring a consistent track record.

E. Coli/Salmonella
Testing

Our products are randomly tested by an independent third-party to ensure our product samples are within a normal tolerance range.  

Temperature
Monitoring

Maintaining optimal product temperature is critical. We ensure this by recording temperature logs daily and monitor our refrigeration equipment regularly.

Family Farmers

We work directly with family farmers to ensure higher standards, environmental-friendly and sustainable practices. Our farmers are experienced in all aspects of raising, handling, health and welfare of swine.

Animal Welfare

We take animal welfare and humane handling seriously. It is our top priority that our animals are treated with the utmost respect and dignity. We can’t have a quality product without healthy animals.

Sustainablility

We promote and utilize sustainable practices for raising swine to meat processing. We use every part of the pig and our goal is to minimize our carbon footprint in meat production.
