We're a federally-inspected USDA/FSIS meat processing facility and HACCP certified with strict food safety and quality assurance standards. We also have our own CCPs as well as SSOP/SOP for meat processing.
FAMILY FARMERS
We work directly with family farmers to ensure higher standards, environmental-friendly and sustainable practices. Our farmers are experienced in all aspects of raising, handling, health and welfare of swine.
ANIMAL WELFARE
We take animal welfare and humane handling seriously. It is our top priority that our animals are treated with the utmost respect and dignity. We can't have a quality product without health animals.
SUSTAINABILITY
We promote and utilize sustainable practices for raising swine to meat processing. We use every part of the pig and our goal is to minimize our carbon footprint in meat production.

Having premium quality products all depends on animal health, welfare, and handling. Our farmers are experts when in comes to animal care and management. We use a Duroc cross breed along with a high protein, non-GMO diet for the best yielding pork characteristics.
